Today we were all early birds whether we liked it or not. We left at 5:00 a.m. in order to get through Seattle without having a lot of traffic. It turned out that we should of left earlier yet, because there was a lot of traffic. We got through the traffic with no problems though, thank the Lord.
We are in a new state ...OREGON...so I get to place a sticker on our RV Map of States Traveled.
We traveled 385 total miles today and got to Eagles Hot Lake RV Resort outside of LaGrande at approx. 1:00 p.m. ($30.00 Full Hook Up, WiFi, Cable- Cab).
After getting the rig set up, Bob went to fill up truck with diesel for tomorrow's travel. ($4.059/gal x 37.074 gal = $150.48 Ch)
When Bob got back, he grabbed the camera to take some pictures of a large nest with a adult bird and baby. He's not sure what kind of bird it is.
Some pics I took along the way today:
Mount Rainier
Mount Adams
a house completely surrounded by grape vines
vineyard
truck load of onions
Jesse & Ginger following us in their rig
We have another travel day tomorrow. Hope that you are having a good day!!!
