When the tour guide opened the door, she asked us to go in quickly so that the temperature in the Museum didn't change anymore than necessary. They keep the temp in the museum at 20 degrees. In the entry area was a bunch of parkas hanging up for each of us to put on. After everyone had coats, we all went in. When you first entered that area, there was huge blocks of ice on one side and on the other side was the work area with two ice sculptors (a husband & wife). (He is 13 times World Champion Ice Sculptor.) The tour guide explained the process and pointed out the tools used.

I enjoyed the Ice Museum. After we went through the Ice Museum, we headed back to the campground in Fairbanks. The area looked like a good place for moose so we were keeping our eyes out for one. Bob spotted the one below standing in water.

Jesse offered to stop and let us look at the Alaska Pipeline since we would be going right by it. They went to it yesterday when we were not with them, but he said it didn't take long to look at, so we took him up on his offer.
We returned to the RV Park and later went to Jesse & Ginger's and ate a meal of appetizers that Ginger prepared for the four of us. After eating, we played several games of Sequence.....girls won.
Have a good day!
